| Unique Host Program Offers Personal Assistance To Resort Guests
Harbor Springs, Mich., January 31, 2008 – For some people, visiting a ski resort for the first time can be daunting when considering rental of equipment, selection of lift tickets and locating terrain to best match up to ability. Now, a new complimentary Host Program at Boyne Highlands is working to help all guests make the most of their day or week-long visit by extending personal guides to assist every step of the way…literally.
The Host Program’s offerings include an arrival greeting and assistance with unloading and transportation of equipment from the Day Lodge circle drive; suggestions and directions for purchasing daily or multi-day lift tickets; assistance with renting skis, snowboards and snowshoe equipment; an introduction to the SnowSports Academy’s lessons, clinics and kid & teen camps; directions to all resort activities; chairlift escorts and mountain tours around all 55 slopes and 430 skiable acres.
“Guests can think of us as their personal concierge,” said Randy Frykberg, Boyne Highlands host program director. “We’re passionate about winter sports and we want to share that fun and excitement with guests and help them have the best possible experience when visiting Boyne Highlands.”
Host representatives can be identified by their bright yellow jackets and are available from 8:45 AM to 3 PM on weekends and holidays. To make an advance reservation with a Host, please call 231.526.3001.
The Host Program is also offered at fellow Boyne Resorts property, Boyne Mountain in Boyne Falls.
